Extra special classes
A big thank you to the teachers at Rosario School who take an extra class every Saturday to help the children at Sarnelli improve their Thai reading and writing. The extra classes started in the Mary and Joseph Hall at Sarnelli House from 0900 to 1130 hours every Saturday morning. The teachers were great and organized the kids into groups and really tried to help them. In the last few weeks of this term however, the children now go into Rosario School in Viengkhuk for their Saturday lessons which has proved easier for the teachers as they have all their teaching resources to hand. The children are sitting their end of Term 1 exams in the last week of September, hopefully there will be a big improvement in the children’s grades this term.
